The research results were achieved through the collaboration between Dr. M\u00e1ty\u00e1s Sz\u00e1nt\u00f3, member of our research team and Tecnalia, the largest center of applied research and technological development in Spain.<\/p><p>In this paper, the authors introduce a map management module that communicates with Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAVs) using MQTT. They show that this novel solution is capable of introducing low-latency externally perceived obstacles to CAVs connected to it.
